Colt Ford has been rather active on social media in the previous several months, which is incredible in and of itself given that he nearly died last year.

Ford actually passed away twice, but was brought back to life each time after suffering a severe heart attack after a performance in April of last year. Ford is a strong guy, but it would be impressive if he only updated supporters on social media.

He previously returned to the stage in September, performing with his friend Brantley Gilbert. However, Ford made another significant announcement regarding his recuperation on Instagram on Tuesday.

He’s getting ready to go back on the road.

In the video that he uploaded to his account, he smiles and adds, “Hey everyone, it’s your boy, Colt Ford.” Come check me out, everyone. This year, I’m going to be traveling again. Baby, the devil couldn’t hold me down.

When the announcement was made, fans were overjoyed.

“I’m happy to hear that,” one individual said. I’ve heard the best news in a long time.

You appear very healthy and happy! Someone else wrote. I hope it goes on!

When Ford went into the Big D and Bubba radio show in late April, he shared some of the specifics of his medical experience.

Ford informed the hosts that the event had been terrible and insane. I didn’t even recall traveling to Phoenix to perform.

After performing at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row bar, Ford had just gotten back on his tour van when he texted his fiancée, “Hello baby.”

Then he said, “I fell over dead.”

Fortunately, Ford said, his band discovered him when they went out to see how he was doing. He added that Gilbert helped get him to the hospital and, when the one they were at lacked the necessary technology to treat Ford’s heart condition, he eventually made sure he was transferred to another facility.

Regarding Gilbert, Ford remarked, “I don’t care what you do, get him to the other hospital.”

According to Ford, he passed away while being transported to the other hospital.

He said, “They brought me back.” My life was saved by them. I had more to do for the Lord.

He went on to say that one of his physicians informed him that he would not have given him a one percent chance at survival.

According to Ford, he would have given you a.1 percent chance of surviving.

“I had a lot of trauma in my heart and body,” he stated. My heart was put in for three stints.

Ford has experienced a number of health problems. He has collaborated extensively with Toby Keith, Jamey Johnson, and Jason Aldean. Last year, Taste of Country revealed that he was suffering from an autoimmune condition called Myasthenia Gravis.

According to reports, he also had eye cancer, which required surgery three years ago.

Ford is a former professional golfer whose true name is Jason Farris Brown. His most recent studio album, Must Be Country, was published in 2023. His first album was released in 2008.
