On charges that he frequently paid for various sexual activities at a massage parlor in Cumberland County, a former church pastor waived his preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
All accusations against Stephen R. Melton, 65, will now be transferred to Cumberland County court for additional prosecution as a result of the waiver.
