PennDOT reports that all lanes will be closed during rush hour due to a rollover crash involving entrapment that occurred Wednesday evening along Interstate 81 north in Franklin County.

According to PennDOT, the collision was initially reported on 511PA.com at 4:50 p.m. between Walker Road’s exit 17 and PA 997 Scotland’s exit 20.

At exit 17 for Walker Road, the northbound lanes are visible as being blocked.

The PennDOT is credited.

It’s unknown if anyone was hurt in the collision or how many cars were involved. The duration of the northbound lanes’ closure was not disclosed by a PennDOT representative.

The PennDOT cameras in the region show traffic in the southbound lanes.
