Parts of Pennsylvania will get more snow in the near future.
From Wednesday evening through Thursday night, Accuweather predicts a storm that will deliver snow from the Midwest to the middle Appalachians.
According to Alex Sosnowski, a senior meteorologist for AccuWeather, the storm will deliver between one and three inches of snow overall, with locally heavier amounts expected in the Great Lakes and the high ground from West Virginia to southwestern Pennsylvania.From Thursday afternoon through Thursday night, patches of Interstate 95 in the mid-Atlantic and New England could experience intermittent snowfall that has the potential to cover the ground east of the Appalachians.
The National Weather Service in the Keystone State issued a winter storm watch for parts of southwest Pennsylvania from Thursday morning through Friday morning.
Westmoreland and Fayette counties were under a winter storm warning from 7 a.m. Thursday through 7 a.m. Friday, according to the Pittsburgh National Weather Service. Four to eight inches of snow should accumulate overall.
A snow storm warning was also issued for Somerset County. It is anticipated that the higher terrain west of Route 219 would see total snow accumulations of five to seven inches, with smaller amounts forecast farther east.
Two to five inches of snow might fall on Wednesday night in Indiana County, which is in the Indiana region, where the wind chill could drop to zero.
A winter weather advisory is in force in Cambria, Clearfield, and Elk counties from Thursday at 7 a.m. to Friday at 7 a.m. Two to three inches of snow might accumulate overall, with locally greater totals likely close to and south of Route 22.

The National Weather Service in Cleveland, Ohio, has issued a lake-effect snow warning for portions of Erie County through 1 a.m. Thursday.
