Ryan Russo, a former linebacker for Bishop McDevitt, is leaving Iowa Central Community College to attend Monmouth.

Russo joined with Rutgers as a priority walk-on for the 2022 season after graduating from McDevitt in 2021.
After that, he played for Iowa Central for the following two seasons, where he recorded 47 tackles and one sack.
Russo will now play for the Hawks, who had a 6-6 2024 season.
