Some wet roads are turning to ice due to the freezing temperatures, and snow is being blown back over roads that have already been plowed and treated by the strong winds. As we move into the morning rush hour, road personnel are still addressing slick spots, so early morning drivers should exercise caution,” the weather agency advises.
