Route 219 to the area around Ebensburg from the intersection of Route 30. Route 422 to Ebensburg from the Indiana county boundary. From Westmoreland County to Johnstown, take State Road 56. “If you must travel through this area, exercise extra caution,” the weather agency advises. Accidents may result from abrupt changes in visibility and perhaps slick roads.
