Even though Austin Tanner isn’t the most well-known figure in the country music industry, he seems to be prepared to risk all to be among the greatest stars as he attempts to establish a career of his own.

The 38-year-old native of Alabama, who was apparently charged with two charges of insurance fraud and attempted property theft in April and released on a $20,000 bond, just traveled to Nashville for the CMA Awards, so we know that. On the red carpet, he even snapped a picture, which he posted to Instagram.

Tanner’s issue was that he was reportedly required to stay in Alabama as part of the terms of his bond. Because he broke the terms of his bond, a warrant has now been issued for his arrest.

According to court documents obtained by Fox, the State argues that there is proof that the Defendant traveled outside of Alabama on or around November 20, 2024, as shown by images he uploaded to his Instagram and Facebook pages, respectively.

The State wishes to revoke the Defendant’s bond because he was aware of the travel restrictions placed on him and because he publicly disregarded them.

According to Fox, his bond will be revoked at a hearing on December 4.

Tanner’s lengthy Instagram post with pictures from the red carpet is still live.

He wrote, “To everyone who has believed in this dream and supported my music, your encouragement has brought me to this unforgettable moment.”Cheers to the stories that unite us all and to country music.
