“Throughout the afternoon, northwesterly winds will cause many winding lake-enhanced snow bands to stretch into western Pennsylvania and between eastern Ohio counties. One to two inches of snow might accumulate quickly, and there could be isolated areas with three or more inches of snow. The weather service reports that visibility within the band may occasionally be momentarily lowered to a quarter of a mile or less.
