However, due to one council member’s objections, it did not proceed with a forensic audit of the borough’s finances.
On Thursday evening, the borough council decided to terminate its agreement with Community Networking Resources (CNR), a prominent political consulting firm in the Capital Region led by Mike Muss Musser II. Over the past few weeks, this well-connected political consultant has been connected to dubious contracts with Dauphin County.
