Monday Night Football preview
Week 15 features two Monday Night Football games:
I’ll give you a sneak peek and my pick for the Vikings vs. Bears game right here.
I’m taking the Vikings, who are seven points up. A few weeks ago, these teams faced up, and the Vikings prevailed 30-27 in overtime.
Sam Darnold, the quarterback, passed for 330 yards and two scores in the game. He has scored 11 touchdowns and thrown 0 interceptions in his last four games.
Although the Bears defense has performed admirably this season, they have given up 286.7 passing yards per game in their last three games.
Caleb Williams, the rookie quarterback for the Bears, scored two passing touchdowns against the Vikings in that most recent game. He wasn’t taken away by them. In his last seven games, Williams has not thrown a pick.
But it might change here.
In his last three games, Williams has produced six plays that could have resulted in a turnover, according to Pro Football Focus.
With an average of just 87.2 yards per game, the Vikings also have the second-best run defense in the NFL. Bears running back D. Andre Swift hasn’t cracked 39 rushing yards in any of his last three games, despite recording double-digit carries in each of them. To be fair, they’ve given up 100+ rushing yards to opponent running backs in each of the last two games.
The Vikings will triumph at home by a margin of double digits.
