According to a statement from the Baltimore Ravens, wide receiver Diontae Johnson, a former member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, has been excused from the team’s workouts this week and will not play on Saturday. The club believed that Johnson should not return quite yet, but head coach John Harbaugh stated that it will work itself out. Against the Giants, he received a suspension.
“At the moment, Pittsburgh and preparing our team for Pittsburgh are the only things on my mind. Harbaugh stated, “He won’t be here this week, and next week will take care of itself.”
Due to Johnson’s refusal to play in the team’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, wide receivers Tylan Wallace and Nelson Agholor saw more than 40 snaps. Johnson, meanwhile, did not receive any snaps.
